Simultaneously with the execution of this Agreement, Sellers shall deliver to Buyer Schedule 2.7(a), which sets forth, to the Knowledge of Sellers, a true and complete list, as of such date of delivery, of all executory Contracts and unexpired Leases to which any Seller is a party, including the Sellers’ proposed Cure Costs associated with each such Contract and unexpired Lease set forth therein as of such date of delivery (the “Proposed Cure Costs”).
