Buyer Schedule definition

Buyer Schedule means the disclosure letter of even date with this Agreement from Buyer to Seller delivered concurrently with the execution and delivery of this Agreement.
Buyer Schedule means a particular schedule on the disclosure schedules dated as of the Effective Date delivered by the Buyer to the Sellers, and which form a party of this Agreement.
Buyer Schedule has the meaning set forth in Article IV of this Agreement.

  • Simultaneously with the execution of this Agreement, Sellers shall deliver to Buyer Schedule 2.7(a), which sets forth, to the Knowledge of Sellers, a true and complete list, as of such date of delivery, of all executory Contracts and unexpired Leases to which any Seller is a party, including the Sellers’ proposed Cure Costs associated with each such Contract and unexpired Lease set forth therein as of such date of delivery (the “Proposed Cure Costs”).

Related to Buyer Schedule

  • Purchaser Schedule means the Purchaser Schedule to this Agreement listing the Purchasers of the Notes and including their notice and payment information.

  • Order Schedule means an MSC Order Schedule (or other order document) agreed to by Customer and MSC, and which incorporates this Agreement, by reference or otherwise, and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services ordered.

  • Schedule means a schedule to this Agreement.

  • Conversion Schedule means the Conversion Schedule in the form of Schedule 1 attached hereto.

  • Asset Schedule means with respect to any Transaction as of any date, an asset schedule in the form of a computer tape or other electronic medium (including an Excel spreadsheet) generated by Seller and delivered to Buyer and the Custodian, which provides information (including, without limitation, the information set forth on Exhibit E attached hereto) relating to the Purchased Mortgage Loans in a format reasonably acceptable to Buyer.
