Buyer Representations definition

Buyer Representations. The “Seller Representations” means (i) all of the representations and warranties of the Seller set forth in Article 5 and (ii) the Seller’s Closing Certificate. The “Buyer Representations” means (i) all of the representations and warranties of the Buyer set forth in Article 6 and (ii) the Buyer’s Closing Certificate.
