Buyer Property definition

Buyer Property means any property of the Buyer including any equipment and tooling issued free of charge provided or made available to the Seller for the purpose of the Seller supplying the Product or performing any Services.
Buyer Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.15(a).
Buyer Property means the real property described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein, as well as any and all Buyer Improvements.

More Definitions of Buyer Property

Buyer Property means any property of the Buyer that the Buyer has loaned, bailed, consigned or supplied to the Supplier in connection with the Contract, including any tooling or equipment.
Buyer Property means all (a) Intellectual Property of Buyer (including Deliverables); (b) Buyer Information; (c) Laboratory Samples; (d) and all other property of any form, other than real property (including non-confidential material) received by Seller from Buyer or acquired by Seller on behalf of Buyer.
