Buyer Personal Data definition

Buyer Personal Data means Personal Data that either:
Buyer Personal Data means Personal Data received by Honeywell from or on behalf of Buyer in connection with Honeywell’s performance of its obligations under the Order as more particularly described in this Agreement.
Buyer Personal Data means Buyer Data that is Personal Data.

  • To the extent that any portion of Buyer Personal Data remains in the possession of Seller following a request for return or destruction of same from Buyer, such portion of Buyer Data shall remain subject to the generally applicable statutory rules and the confidentiality protections contained in the underlying Order.

  • The Supplier must get prior written consent from the Buyer to transfer Buyer Personal Data to any other person (including any Subcontractors) for the provision of the G-Cloud Services.

  • Seller will return or destroy Buyer Personal Data upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Order subject to; (i) a written request of Buyer notified reasonably in advance, (ii) applicable statute, and (iii) to the extent such return and destruction can be accomplished using commercially reasonable technical and organizational processes and technology which are commensurate with the categorization and the amount of data processed.

  • Seller shall use reasonable technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of Buyer Personal Data in order to prevent, among other things, accidental, unauthorized or unlawful destruction, modification, disclosure, access or loss.

  • Seller, including its officers, directors, employees and/or agents, shall view and Process Buyer Personal Data only on a need-to-know basis and only to the extent necessary to perform this Order or to carry out Buyer’s further written instructions.

  • Upon termination of this Order, for whatever reason, Seller shall stop the Processing of Buyer Personal Data, unless instructed otherwise by Buyer, and these undertakings shall remain in force until such time as Seller no longer possesses Buyer Personal Data.

  • Seller shall immediately inform Buyer of any Security Breach involving Buyer Personal Data, where “Security Breach” means any event involving an actual, potential or threatened compromise of the security, confidentiality or integrity of the data, including but not limited to any unauthorized access or use.

  • Special categories of data: Buyer Personal Data processed by Honeywell shall not include special categories of data.

  • Buyer Personal Data The Personal Data supplied by the Buyer to the Supplier for purposes of, or in connection with, this Call-Off Contract.

  • For any Buyer Personal Data provided to Seller from any country in the European Economic Area or Switzerland, the parties agree that the terms of the Model Contract Clauses adopted by the European Commission in Decision 2010/87/EU control and are incorporated herein by reference.


More Definitions of Buyer Personal Data

Buyer Personal Data means any information provided or made available by Buyer or Customer that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person and any other data or information that constitutes personal data or personal information under any applicable law.
Buyer Personal Data any Personal Data provided by a Buyer for the purposes of receiving and benefitting from the Deliverables and shall include personal details of individuals including name, address (work and personal), email address, job title, date of birth, telephone number, and images;
Buyer Personal Data means personal data owned, licensed, or otherwise controlled or processed by Buyer including personal data processed by Xxxxx on behalf of its clients. “Buyer Data” means all information, data and intellectual property of Buyer or its clients or other suppliers, collected, stored, hosted, processed, received and/or generated by Supplier in connection with providing the Deliverables to Buyer, including Buyer Personal Data.

Related to Buyer Personal Data

  • Customer Personal Data means the personal data contained within the Customer Data.

  • Company Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed by a Contracted Processor on behalf of Company pursuant to or in connection with the Principal Agreement;

  • Client Personal Data means any personal data provided to us by you, or on your behalf, for the purpose of providing our services to you, pursuant to our engagement letter with you;

  • non-personal data means data other than personal data as defined in point (1) of Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679;

  • Highly restricted personal information means an individual’s photograph or image, social security number, digitized signature, and medical and disability information.

  • personal data filing system ('filing system') shall mean any structured set of personal data which are accessible according to specific criteria, whether centralized, decentralized or dispersed on a functional or geographical basis;
