Buyer Furnished Equipment definition

Buyer Furnished Equipment means the equipment which was to be furnished by Branxxx, Xxc. or, if applicable, Original Head Lessee and installed on the Aircraft pursuant to Clause 18 of the Purchase Agreement, and any similar equipment furnished to Lessee.

Buyer Furnished Equipment has the meaning set out in Clause 18.1.1.

Buyer Furnished Equipment means the equipment purchased by Borrower and supplied to the Manufacturer to be incorporated into the Aircraft as contemplated by the Purchase Agreement.

Buyer Furnished Equipment or “BFE” has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2 of the AGTA.
