Senior Executives has the meaning set forth in Section II.A.3.
Company Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).
Other Employees means, all the employees other than the Directors, KMPs and the Senior Management Personnel.
Senior Executive means the chief executive officer, chief operating officer, chief financial officer, and anyone in charge of a principal business unit or function.
Company Employee means any current or former employee, independent contractor or director of the Company or any Company Affiliate.
Self-employment shall be where a Claimant sets up his/her own business and is responsible for paying his/her tax and National Insurance.

Executives has the meaning set forth in Section 12.2(a).
Key Executives means Xxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, jointly and severally.
Company Employee Agreement means any management, employment, severance, change in control, transaction bonus, consulting, repatriation or expatriation agreement or other contract between any Group Company and any current or former employee, director or officer of such Group Company.
Seller Employees shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 7.4(a) hereof.
Retained Employee does not include any individual who has a direct or an indirect ownership interest of at least five percent (5%) in the profits, equity, capital, or value of the Taxpayer, or a child, grandchild, parent, or spouse, other than a spouse who is legally separated from the individual, of any individual who has direct or indirect ownership interest of at least five percent (5%) of the profits, equity, capital or value of the Company.
Retained Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.1.
Other employee means an individual employed by a primary owner who is not authorized to provide proposition player services. “Other employee” does not include any owner, any supervisor, or any officer or director of a primary owner that is a corporation. An individual registered or licensed as an “other employee” may not function as a player unless and until that individual applies for and obtains registration or licensure as a player.
Senior Executive Officers means the Company's "senior executive officers" as defined in subsection 111(b)(3) of the EESA and regulations issued thereunder, including the rules set forth in 31 C.F.R. Part 30.
Covered Executives means the Company’s current and former executive officers, as determined by the Administrator in accordance with the definition of executive officer set forth in Rule 10D-1 and the Listing Standards.
Senior executive officer means the Company’s “senior executive officers” as defined in subsection 111(b)(3) of EESA.
Company Personnel means any current or former officer, employee, director or consultant of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Comparable Employee means as defined in Regulation 5(4) of the AWR being an employee of the Hirer who:
Company Group means the Company and its Subsidiaries.
Employers means the Company and/or any of its subsidiaries (now in existence or hereafter formed or acquired) that have been selected by the Board to participate in the Plan and have adopted the Plan as a sponsor.
Member of the Executive Council means the Member of the Executive Council responsible for local government in the Province;
HCBS means home- and community-based services.
Executive means the individual named in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
Transferred Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(a).
