Buyer Entity definition

Buyer Entity means, as designated by Buyer from time to time, Buyer or Buyer’s assignee, designee, nominee, servicer, or wholly owned subsidiary as permitted in accordance with the terms of the Repurchase Agreement.
Buyer Entity the Person directly or indirectly controlled by Buyer that assumes this Agreement pursuant to Section 13.8.

Examples of Buyer Entity in a sentence

  • Other than this Agreement and any related transaction documents, the Organizational Documents and restrictions imposed by Applicable Law, at the Closing, the Shares will not be subject to any voting trust agreement or other contract, agreement, arrangement, commitment or understanding restricting or otherwise relating to the voting, dividend rights or disposition of the Shares, other than any agreement to which any Buyer Entity is a party.

  • Each Buyer Entity has complied in all material respects with all requirements of Law under the Bank Secrecy Act and the USA Patriot Act.

Buyer Entity shall have the meaning set forth in Annex III.
