Buyer Companies definition

Buyer Companies means, collectively, the Partnership and the Operating Company.

Buyer Companies means, collectively, Buyer and each of its Subsidiaries (direct or indirect), which immediately after the occurrence of the Closing, shall include the Group Companies.

Buyer Companies shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.12(a) hereof.

Buyer Companies means, collectively, Buyer and all Buyer Subsidiaries.
