Buyer Common Shares definition

Buyer Common Shares means the Common Stock, par value $.50 per share, of the Buyer.
Buyer Common Shares means the shares of Common Stock being issued as part of the Buyer Common Share Consideration.
Buyer Common Shares means the common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Buyer.

Buyer Common Shares has the meaning set forth in Section 4.05(a).
