Buy-In Price definition

Buy-In Price has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(f).
Buy-In Price shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.1(d).

Examples of Buy-In Price in a sentence

  • If the Buy-In Price is lower than the contract price, the difference between the Buy- In Price and the contract price would be credited to the CTGF.
