Busy Line Verification definition

Busy Line Verification. (BLV) means a service whereby an End User requests an operator to confirm the busy status of a line.
Busy Line Verification or “BLV” has the same meaning as “Line Status Verification” defined at 1.48 below.
Busy Line Verification. Busy Line Verification Interrupt Traffic" or "BLV/BLVI Traffic" means an operator service call in which the caller inquires as to the busy status of or requests an interruption of a call on another Customer's Telephone Exchange Service line.
