Business Vehicle definition

Business Vehicle means a car, bus, van or other motorized unit which is owned or leased by an employer for the use of employees.
Business Vehicle as used in these regulations means a car, bus, truck, van, aircraft or other enclosed motorized unit, which is owned or leased by an employer for the use of employees and is occupied by more than one (1) person.
