Business Scope means the business use case(s) for which the Software is licensed to the OEM as specified on the applicable Sales Order. The Business Scope shall specify the focus of the analytics to be provided using the Software and may also specify such parameters as the industries or types of customers to be provided access to the Bundled Software.
