Business Report definition

Business Report means a report in a form agreed upon between the parties and based on Exhibit A, providing information on current activities relating to the licensing of the LFRP Intellectual Property as part of the LFRP.
Business Report means business report (jigyō hōkoku) as set forth in Article 435, Paragraph 2 of the Companies Act and Article 118 of the Enforcement Order of the Companies Act.

More Definitions of Business Report

Business Report means the business report prepared by the Offeror in regard of its business activities, in accordance with Article 69(4) and Annex 8 of the Capital Markets Act.
