Business Purpose Mortgage Loan definition

Business Purpose Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan with respect to which the related Mortgaged Property (a) is non-owner occupied; (b) is primarily used for business or commercial purposes (as referenced in the Truth and Lending Act and its implementing regulation, Regulation Z); and (c) has been originated or acquired in accordance with Asset Guidelines.
Business Purpose Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan with respect to which (i) the related Mortgagor does not occupy the related Mortgaged Property, or (ii) the related Mortgaged Property is or is intended to be occupied by a Person other than the Mortgagor.
Business Purpose Mortgage Loan means a Single-family Mortgage Loan (which may be additionally secured by commercial or mixed-use property) that is exempt from the federal Truth-in-Lending Act and the federal Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act because its proceeds are used primarily for business purposes and not primarily for personal, family, household or agricultural purposes.

  • Each Business Purpose Mortgage Loan contains an Assignment of Leases and Rents, and such Assignment of Leases and Rents is included either in the related Mortgage or in a related separate assignment document.

Business Purpose Mortgage Loan. Any Mortgage Loan that is identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as investment or business purpose or words to substantially similar effect (and not for personal, family or household use, as defined under the Truth-in-Lending Act) or investor or non- owner occupancy, including without limitation, any Investor Cash Flow Loan.

  • ARM Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan pursuant to which the interest rate shall be adjusted from time to time in accordance with the related Mortgage Note.
