Business Product definition

Business Product means any and all products or services, including Software as a service (SaaS) offerings, that are or have been in the two (2) years prior to the date of this Agreement marketed, offered, sold, licensed, provided or distributed by Seller or any of its Subsidiaries in respect of the Business, including those product, product categories, services and service categories listed on Schedule 1.
Business Product means all Software and other products or services, from which any of the Target Companies or, with respect to the Business, Seller Group has derived within the 36 months preceding the date hereof, or is currently deriving, revenue from the sale, license, maintenance or provision thereof.
Business Product means Prosigna, LymphMark and the Dx Software Modules.

More Definitions of Business Product

Business Product means any MOSFET, power transistor (including Small Signal TRS and Power TRS), diode, motor IC, standard linear IC, SPS, IGBT or other power device manufactured, marketed, under design or development or sold by the Business on the Closing Date, or historically manufactured by the Business, or any Derivative Product derived or based upon any of the foregoing.
Business Product means each existing platform, program or product candidate that has been or is being researched, tested, developed, manufactured or commercialized by or on behalf of the Business, including all Gene Therapy Products set forth on Section 1.65 of the Amber Disclosure Schedules.
Business Product means the products, goods, components or other items manufactured, sold or delivered by, or service rendered by or on behalf of any Seller in connection with operation of the Business.
Business Product means the Camera Modules, including any Camera Modules currently in development, designed, manufactured, assembled, marketed, sold or supported by the Seller as of the Closing, as set forth on Schedule 1.01(d), but excluding (i) any Camera Modules designed, manufactured, assembled, marketed, sold or supported solely in the conduct of the Retained Business (ii) any Camera Module currently under development solely in relation to the Retained Business; (iii) any Camera Modules discontinued or no longer manufactured by Seller as of the Closing, or (iv) any other optomechatronic product and business of Seller and its Affiliates.
Business Product means any current product or service made and sold by the Business.
Business Product has the same meaning as set forth in the Purchase Agreement.
