Business Online Banking Services definition

Business Online Banking Services or “Service(s)” means, collectively, the various electronic banking and/or associated cash management service(s) provided by Navigant (and/or Navigant’s third-party service providers) to Member pursuant to this Agreement, the Appendices, exhibits, set-up form(s) and any service guides or manuals made available to Member by Navigant.
Business Online Banking Services means the Business Online Banking Services provided by the Bank and/or third-party vendors selected by the Bank to Customer pursuant to this Agreement.
Business Online Banking Services means the services provided pursuant to this Agreement, listed in Sections 2 and 3.  “Business Day” means Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

  • For certain Business Online Banking Services, Member will need to provide at Member’s own expense, a computer, software and necessary telephone lines, Internet or other connections and equipment as needed to access the Services (collectively, the “Computer”).

  • Once Customer enrolls in Treasury Management Services and/or Business Online Banking Services, Customer can access Eligible Accounts through the Online Banking System and may link certain Eligible Accounts of Related Entities.

  • Customer will be deemed to accept any such changes if Customer accesses or uses any of the Business Online Banking Services after the date on which the change becomes effective.

  • Customer is responsible for monitoring its use of all Business Online Banking Services provided by Bank, including each individual transaction processed by Bank, and notifying Bank of any errors or other problems no later than fifteen (15) Calendar Days (or such longer period as may be required by applicable law) after Bank has made available to Customer any report, statement or other material containing or reflecting the error, including an Account analysis statement or Internet Account access.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing between Bank and Customer, Customer shall be responsible for the payment of all costs of installation of any software provided to Customer in connection with the Business Online Banking Services, as well as for selection, installation, maintenance and repair of all hardware required on Customer’s premises for the successful operation of the software.

Business Online Banking Services. Online Banking” or “Services”) means, collectively, the various electronic business banking and/or associated cash management services provided by Bank (and/or Bank’s third-party service providers) to Customer from time to time pursuant to this Agreement, set-up form(s) and any schedules, service guides or manuals made available to Customer by Bank that are accessible through internet-based electronic banking information delivery and transaction initiation system, as may be offered by Bank to its business (i.e., non-consumer) customers from time to time.

Related to Business Online Banking Services

  • Financial Services Provider means any Lender and any other provider of financial services or products;

  • Mobile Banking Service means the EB Services which we enable you to access via the Mobile Banking App or a web browser designed for use on a Mobile Device; and

  • Banking Services means each and any of the following bank services provided to the Borrower or any Subsidiary by any Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) credit cards for commercial customers (including, without limitation, commercial credit cards and purchasing cards), (b) stored value cards and (c) treasury management services (including, without limitation, controlled disbursement, automated clearinghouse transactions, return items, overdrafts and interstate depository network services).

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Financial Services Business for purposes of this Unit Agreement shall mean the business of banking, including deposit, credit, trust and investment services, mortgage banking, asset management, and brokerage and investment banking services. (C) The term "Managerial Responsibilities" for purposes of this Unit Agreement shall mean managerial and supervisory responsibilities and duties that are substantially the same as that Grantee is performing for SunTrust or a SunTrust Affiliate on the date of this Unit Agreement. (D) The term "SunTrust Affiliate" for purposes of this Unit Agreement shall mean any corporation which is a subsidiary corporation (within the meaning of §424(f) of the Code) of SunTrust except a corporation which has subsidiary corporation status under §424(f) of the Code exclusively as a result of SunTrust or a SunTrust Affiliate holding stock in such corporation as a fiduciary with respect to any trust, estate, conservatorship, guardianship or agency. (E) The term "Territory" for purposes of this Unit Agreement shall mean the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and the District of Columbia, which are the states and Territories in which SunTrust has significant operations on the date of this Unit Agreement. (F) "Trade Secret" for purposes of Unit Agreement shall mean information, including, but not limited to, technical or nontechnical data, a formula, a pattern, a compilation, a program, a device, a method, a technique, a drawing, a process, financial data, financial plans, product plans, or a list of actual or potential customers or suppliers that: (i) derives economic value, actual or potential, from not being generally known to, and not being readily ascertainable by proper means by, other persons who can obtain economic value from it is disclosure or use, and (ii) is the subject of reasonable efforts by SunTrust or a SunTrust Affiliate to maintain its secrecy.

  • Corporate Services Provider means Computershare Trust Company of Canada, a trust company formed under the laws of Canada, as corporate services provider to the Liquidation GP under the Corporate Services Agreement, together with any successor corporate services provider appointed from time to time;

  • Banking Services Provider means any Lender or Affiliate of a Lender that provides Banking Services to any Credit Party.

  • Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law.
