Business of Purchaser definition

Business of Purchaser means any person, corporation, partnership or other legal entity engaged, directly or indirectly, through subsidiaries or affiliates, in the following line of business:
Business of Purchaser means the business of providing temporary corporate housing through leasing and sub-leasing commercial rental properties and residential rental properties, appropriately furnishing said properties and providing all amenities with respect thereto, including utilities, household goods, health and entertainment facilities and the like.
Business of Purchaser means Purchaser's institutional and correctional pharmacy, medical supply and equipment, I.V. and home infusion businesses for nursing homes and other institutional care or correctional facilities, and individuals residing in any such home or facilities.
