Examples of Business Marks in a sentence
The Licensed Parties may, to the extent of the rights owned or controlled by Seller or any of its Affiliates, permit third parties to use the Business Marks during the Transition Period, but only for and on behalf of the Licensed Parties.
The parties expressly agree that the Purchaser is not purchasing, acquiring or otherwise obtaining any right, title or interest in the LSB Business Marks.
Purchaser, the Company, its Subsidiaries and their respective Affiliates (“Licensed Parties”) shall have the right to use the Business Marks for a period of 18 months following the Closing Date (the “Transition Period”) in order to effectuate a smooth and orderly transition and rebranding for the Company and its Subsidiaries.
In view of the foregoing, Seller hereby grants to each of the Licensed Parties, to the extent of the rights owned or controlled by Seller or any of its Affiliates, a non-exclusive, royalty-free right and license to use the Business Marks during the Transition Period in connection with their respective businesses, including for the manufacturing, marketing and distribution of products and services.
From and after the Closing Date, except as permitted in this Section 6.5, neither the Purchaser, the Company nor any of their Affiliates will have any rights to use the LSB Business Marks or any term, logo, symbol, graphic or other commercial indicia of source confusingly similar thereto without the prior written consent of the Seller.
