Business Data definition

Business Data means all business information and data, including Personal Information (whether of employees, contractors, consultants, customers, consumers, or other persons and whether in electronic or any other form or medium) that is accessed, collected, used, stored, shared, distributed, transferred, disclosed, destroyed, disposed of or otherwise processed by any of the Business Systems or otherwise in the course of the conduct of the business of the Company or any Company Subsidiaries.
Business Data means recorded information, regardless of the form or method of the recording, including specific business data contained in a computer database, of a financial, administrative, cost or pricing, or management nature, or other information incidental to contract administration or protected from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. §552(b)(4).
Business Data means all business information and data, including Personal Information (whether of employees, contractors, consultants, customers, consumers, or other persons and whether in electronic or any other form or medium) that is accessed, collected, used, processed, stored, shared, distributed, transferred, disclosed, destroyed, or disposed of by any of the Business Systems or otherwise in the course of the conduct of the business of the Company.

  • The sections titled “Restrictions on Access and Use”, “Intellectual Property and Proprietary Rights”, “Effect of Termination”, “Payment of Fees”, “Exclusions”, “No Other Warranties”, “Disclaimer”, “Indemnification”, “Exclusions and Limitations of Liability”, “Confidentiality”, and “General Terms” shall survive the expiration or termination of the Agreement, and the section titled “Information Security Warranties” will survive for so long as Moody’s retains possession of Business Data.

  • Moody’s is not responsible for any electronic communications and/or Business Data that are delayed, lost, altered, intercepted, or stored during the transmission of any data whatsoever across telecommunications networks, including the Internet and Client’s local network.

  • As between Moody’s and Client, Client owns the Business Data and all intellectual property rights therein.


More Definitions of Business Data

Business Data means confidential or proprietary data, databases, data compilations and data collections (including customer databases) technical, business and other information, including Personal Data;
Business Data has the meaning set forth in Section 3.11(b).

Business Data means all business information and data, including Company Product Data and Personal Information (whether of employees, contractors, consultants, customers, consumers, or other persons and whether in electronic or any other form or medium) that is accessed, collected, used, processed, stored, shared, distributed, transferred, disclosed, destroyed, or disposed of by any of the Business Systems.
Business Data means all data, information, and works of authorship in any medium collected, generated, or used in the conduct of the Parent or Merger Sub, including all proprietary information of or relating to the Parent or Merger Sub and all Personal Information in the possession, custody, or control of the Company, any Company Subsidiary, or otherwise held or processed on the Company’s or any Company Subsidiary’s behalf.
