If Authorized Users are not authorized persons on the signature card for each Linked Account, the Business Customer account owner(s) has the obligation to inform Institution of the new individual or individuals with such authority.
Authorized User - is any individual, Consumer, agent, or Sub-User, Sub-User Administrator, Focus Customer or Business Customer whom you allow to use the Service or your Passcode or other means to access your Eligible Account(s).
