Business Credit Card means an RBC® Avion® Visa Infinite Business∞, RBC® Avion® Visa∞ Business, RBC® Visa∞ Business, RBC® Visa∞ Business Gold, RBC® Visa∞ CreditLine for Small BusinessTM or RBC® Business Cash Back Mastercard∞ credit card in good standing.
Business Credit Card means payment instrument issued by Banca Intesa ad Beograd at the request of the User, and based on the agreement with a payment card association which owns the business credit card brand;
Business Credit Card means a card issued by a regulated entity to a borrower by means of which goods, services or cash may be obtained by the borrower on credit and amounts in respect of the goods, services or cash may be charged to the credit card account of the borrower maintained by the regulated entity;

(F) "Trade Secret" for purposes of Unit Agreement shall mean information, including, but not limited to, technical or nontechnical data, a formula, a pattern, a compilation, a program, a device, a method, a technique, a drawing, a process, financial data, financial plans, product plans, or a list of actual or potential customers or suppliers that: (i) derives economic value, actual or potential, from not being generally known to, and not being readily ascertainable by proper means by, other persons who can obtain economic value from it is disclosure or use, and (ii) is the subject of reasonable efforts by SunTrust or a SunTrust Affiliate to maintain its secrecy.

  • Financial Services Provider means any Lender and any other provider of financial services or products;

  • Corporate Services Provider means Computershare Trust Company of Canada, a trust company formed under the laws of Canada, as corporate services provider to the Liquidation GP under the Corporate Services Agreement, together with any successor corporate services provider appointed from time to time;

  • Credit Card Receivables means each “payment intangible” (as defined in the UCC) together with all income, payments and proceeds thereof, owed by a Credit Card Issuer or Credit Card Processor to a Loan Party resulting from charges by a customer of a Loan Party on credit or debit cards issued by such Credit Card Issuer in connection with the sale of goods by a Loan Party, or services performed by a Loan Party, in each case in the ordinary course of its business.

  • Credit Card Notification has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.11.

  • Storage Services means any Services which offer you storage capacity on the network for storage of content which you access from us.

  • Investment Management Services means any services which involve: (i) the management of an investment account or Fund (or portions thereof or a group of investment accounts or Funds); (ii) the giving of advice with respect to the investment and/or reinvestment of assets or funds (or any group of assets or funds); or (iii) otherwise acting as an “investment adviser” within the meaning of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended, including, without limitation, in each of the foregoing cases, performing activities related or incidental thereto.
