Business Contracts definition

Business Contracts has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.01(a)(v).
Business Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(e).
Business Contracts means all contracts, agreements, leases, subleases, supply contracts, purchase orders, sales orders and other instruments primarily used or held for use in the operation or conduct of the Business and to which Seller is a party or by which the Business Assets are otherwise bound, including those contracts listed on Schedule 1.10, the Leases and the Business License Agreements.
