Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan definition

Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan means the Schedule containing plans and provisions for business continuity and disaster recovery.
Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan has the meaning given in the Operating Requirements and, for the purposes of this Participation Agreement, refers to XXXX’x “Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery” document suite, as amended by XXXX from time to time.
Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan means a documented set of plans related to preparations and associated activities which are intended to ensure that an organization’s critical business functions will either continue to operate despite serious incidents or disasters that might otherwise have interrupted them, or will be recovered to an operational state within a reasonably short period of time.
