Business Combination Event shall have the meaning specified in Section 11.01.
Business Combination Event has the meaning set forth in Section 9.

Related to Business Combination Event

  • Business Combination Date means the date upon which a Business Combination is consummated.

  • Exempted Fundamental Change means any Fundamental Change with respect to which, in accordance with Section 4.02(I), the Company does not offer to repurchase any Notes.

  • Business Transaction means any initial merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or other similar business combination with one or more businesses involving the Company.

  • Acquisition Transaction has the meaning set forth in Section 5.09(a).
