Bus route definition

Bus route means a route approved by the board of trustees of a school district and by the county transportation committee.

Bus route means a fixed course traveled by each vehicle, which is established by the Contractor and the East Haven Board of Education. Terms of the Contract The Board and the Contractor agree that the Contractor shall be the agent to furnish school transportation services for East Haven students and other authorized persons designated by the EAST HAVEN PUBLIC SCHOOLS. The agreement period shall be for (5) five years, beginning August 1, 2016 through July 31, 2021. All necessary authorization for the use of such equipment, including operating licenses, shall be obtained by the contractor at its own expense.
