Burdened Party definition

Burdened Party has the meaning specified in Section 5(b).

Examples of Burdened Party in a sentence

• If an Event of Change shall occur, the Burdened Party in the case of a New Tax or either party in the case of an Illegality or Specification shall, promptly upon becoming aware of it, notify the other party of the occurrence of such Event of Change.

• If an Event of Change shall occur, the Burdened Party in the case of a New Tax or either Party in the case of an Illegality shall, promptly upon becoming aware of it, notify the other Party of the occurrence of such Event of Change.

• Further, if the Burdened Party fails to pay, when due, its share of expenses chargeable hereunder, all provisions of Article VII.B. shall be enforceable against the Subsequently Created Interest in the same manner as they are enforceable against the working interest of the Burdened Party .
