Bunker Contract definition

Bunker Contract means this contract of sale and delivery of Bunker Fuel on the terms hereof as agreed by and between the Parties.
Bunker Contract means these General Terms and Conditions, as amended and supplemented by the Bunker Order Confirmation
Bunker Contract means the Bunker Confirmation and the General Terms.

  • Nothing in this Bunker Contract shall be construed to limit the rights or legal remedies that the Seller may enjoy against the Vessel or the Buyer in any jurisdiction.

  • Unless otherwise agreed between the Seller and Buyer prior to entering into the Bunker Contract, the samples shall be drawn from a point and in a manner chosen by the Seller or its representatives in accordance with the customary sampling procedures at the port or place of delivery of the Bunker Fuel.

  • The Bunker Contract shall apply to any contract of sale and purchase of marine bunker fuel and related products of any type or grade by Pacific Bunkers Pte Ltd to any Buyer as defined below.

  • The Buyers covering all persons as the Buyers who is defined under the Clause 1 irrevocably accept and agree that the liability of the Sellers for all kind of claims whatsoever, including but not limited to the quality and off-specification claim, for all kind of damages, expenses and losses of whatsoever nature shall be limited the price of the Bunkers as agreed under the Agreement and/ or the Bunker Contract except the gross negligence of the Sellers.

  • However the Buyers are not entitled to assign and/or transfer any or all of its right under the Bunker Contract for a whatever reason unless the Sellers give consent for the assignment and/or transfer of the rights in writing.

  • The Sellers shall have the right to exercise its rights to enforce any claim against the Buyers in a place where maritime lien is granted for the Sellers’ claims arising from the General Terms and/or the Bunker Contract.

  • The Bunker Contract is applicable to the sales of marine bunker fuel and related products of any type or grade by Borbolsh Pte Ltd to any Buyer as defined below.

  • The Sellers may assign and/or transfer any or all of its right and delegation of performance under the Agreement and/ or the Bunker Contract.

Bunker Contract means the contract between Weston Hills and The Xxxxx Company, LLC d/b/a Xxxxx Golf International dated May 31, 2002 for the renovations to the bunkers on the Players Golf Course.
