  • To change your current Services (including cancellations of one or more Insperity Offerings or Insperity Partner Offerings, Bundled Service Package upgrades or downgrades, and add-on Services, Cloud-Based Solutions or Equipment) or Professional Services, we must enter into a Supplemental Ordering Document with you.

  • INSPERITY HR RESOURCE CENTER TERMS (Only applicable to Delivery Orders dated March 1, 2018 or later that include Access to the HR Resource Center for Workforce Administration™ or Workforce Acceleration) The following Online Additional Terms apply to you if your initial Delivery Order is dated March 1, 2018 or later and includes either the Workforce Administration or Workforce Acceleration Bundled Service Package that includes HR Services provided through the Insperity HR Resource Center.

  • INSPERITY HR RESOURCE CENTER TERMS‌ (Only applicable to Delivery Orders dated March 1, 2018 or later that include Access to the HR Resource Center for Workforce Administration™ or Workforce Acceleration) The following Online Additional Terms apply to you if your initial Delivery Order is dated March 1, 2018 or later and includes either the Workforce Administration or Workforce Acceleration Bundled Service Package that includes HR Services provided through the Insperity HR Resource Center.

  • If you elect either of these Payroll-Related Services (which may only be elected if you enroll in our Bundled Service Package for benefits administration Services), then you will enter into a separate agreement with an Insperity Partner or its affiliates, which agreement will govern the terms and conditions of this Payroll- Related Service.

  • Upon Go-Live, we will invoice you monthly for: (i) the comprehensive PEPM Fee for our Workforce Administration Bundled Service Package, (ii) applicable recurring Fees for any other Insperity Offerings and/or Insperity Partner Offerings delivered pursuant to a Delivery Order, and (iii) time and materials or other Professional Services Fees incurred under any Ordering Document, unless otherwise stated in the applicable Ordering Document.

  • If you elect either of these Payroll-Related Services (which may only be elected if you enroll in our Bundled Service Package for benefits administration Services), then you will enter into a separate agreement with an Insperity Partner or its affiliates, which agreement will describe the elected Payroll-Related Services and govern the terms and conditions of the applicable Payroll-Related Service.

Related to Bundled Service Package

  • Bundle means to collect contributions from more than one source which are then delivered by one person to the Mayor or to his political fundraising committee.

  • Service Software means any and all software applications and any third-party or other software, and all new versions, updates, revisions, improvements and modifications of the foregoing, that Contractor provides remote access to and use of as part of the Services.

  • Source-image receptor distance means the distance from the source to the center of the input surface of the image receptor.

  • Cloud Service means any distinct, subscription-based, hosted, supported and operated on-demand solution provided by SAP under an Order Form.

  • Hosted Service means the provision of and access to the Vocera Care Transition Software and related services either at your site and/or via secure electronic access over the Internet provided to you by Vocera and/or its designee. Defined terms used in this XXXX, but not defined herein, are defined in the Supplemental Terms and Conditions in Attachment 3.

  • Application Programming Interface or “API” means the application programming interface materials and related documentation containing all data and information to allow skilled Software developers to create Software interfaces that interface or interact with other specified Software.

  • Service/s has the meaning set forth in letter D. of the Preamble.

  • Integrated Digital Loop Carrier means a subscriber loop carrier system that is twenty-four (24) local Loop transmission paths combined into a 1.544 Mbps digital signal which integrates within the switch at a DS1 level.

  • Accelerator-produced material means any material made radioactive by a particle accelerator.

  • Open Source Software means software or similar subject matter that is distributed under an open source license such as (by way of example only) the GNU General Public License, GNU Lesser General Public License, Apache License, Mozilla Public License, BSD License, MIT License, Common Public License, any derivative of any of the foregoing licenses, or any other license approved as an open source license by the Open Source Initiative or as a free software license by the Free Software Foundation.

  • Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the computing hardware, ancillary equipment, Software, firmware, data, other services (including support services), and related resources for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users, including any services and facilities related to disaster recovery obligations.

  • Self-service display means the open display or storage of Tobacco Products or Tobacco Paraphernalia in a manner that is physically accessible in any way to the general public without the assistance of the retailer or employee of the retailer and a direct person-to-person transfer between the purchaser and the retailer or employee of the retailer. A vending machine is a form of Self-Service Display.

  • Video lottery terminal sales agent means a lottery sales agent licensed under Chapter 3770. of the ORC to conduct video lottery terminals on behalf of the state pursuant to Section 3770.21 of the ORC.

  • Broadband service means a retail service capable of transmitting data over an access line at a rate greater than 200 kilobits per second.
