Bundled Discount means any Discount that is conditioned, either formally or informally, directly or indirectly, upon a Direct Customer or Indirect Customer’s purchase, distribution, promotion, marketing, license, or sale of Photochromic Products in more than one Lens Material and/or more than one Refractive Index Range.
