Bulletin Board Space. The Association shall be provided adequate bulletin board space in the teacher's lounge in each building for posting of MCDEA, UPEA/MEA and NEA newsletters and notices which are neither libelous or demeaning to identifiable school employees, the school district, the board of education, or individual board of education members. The Association building representative shall be responsible for the posting.
