Examples of Bulk Goods in a sentence

  • Collection services for Bulk Goods and White Goods shall be the same as for Curbside Residential Collection Services as set forth in Sections 4.C, 4.E and 4.F. Garbage shall be collected separately from Curbside Residential Services and delivered separately to the Disposal Facility.

  • After receipt of NOA’s approval for a Game and Artwork, LICENSEE may at any time submit a written purchase order to NOA for Bulk Goods for such Game.

  • The purchase order shall specify whether it is for Finished Products or Bulk Goods.

  • In the event NOA deems itself at risk with respect to any Claim under this Section 10, NOA may, at its sole option, suspend production, delivery or order acceptance for any Bulk Goods, in whole or in part, pending resolution of such Claim.
