Building Systems definition

Building Systems. The mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, sprinkler, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (“HVAC”), security, life-safety, elevator and other service systems or facilities of the Building up to the point of connection of localized distribution to the Premises.
Building Systems means the electrical, mechanical, plumbing, heating, ventilating, and air conditioning, hot water, landscape irrigation, swimming pool, spa fountain or other circulation or filtration systems at a Property.
Building Systems means all of the systems serving the Premises including, without limitation, the HVAC System, the sprinkler system, the fire alarm and security systems, and the mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems of the Building, and the components and equipment thereof, as well as the public utility conduits, wires, pipes or ducts and any element of any utility services infrastructure leading up to the interior of the Building (underground or otherwise);

  • All collocated equipment must comply with BellCore Network Equipment Building Systems (NEBS) Xxxxx 0 safety requirements.

  • All CLEC equipment used for caged and cageless collocation must be tested to, and expected to meet, one of the following requirements as described in the CSP: (a) be tested to, and fully meet, Network Equipment Building Systems (NEBS) Level 3 requirements; or (b) be tested to, and meet, at least the NEBS Level 1 family of requirements as described in Bellcore Special Report SR-3580, plus specific additional risk/safety/hazard criteria specified in the CSP.

More Definitions of Building Systems

Building Systems means any electrical, mechanical, structural, plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, sprinkler, life safety or security systems serving the Building.
Building Systems means the service systems of the Building, including, without limitation, the mechanical, gas, steam, electrical, sanitary, HVAC, elevator, plumbing, and life-safety systems of the Building (it being understood that the Building Systems shall not include any systems that Tenant installs in the Premises as an Alteration).
Building Systems means the base building mechanical, electrical, sanitary, heating, air conditioning, ventilating, elevator, plumbing, life-safety and other service systems of the Building, but shall not include installations made by Tenant or fixtures or appliances.
Building Systems are defined in Section 7.2(b).
Building Systems means all heating systems, ventilating systems, air conditioning systems, fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, and other life safety systems, septic systems, water supply systems (including any water treatment or filtration systems), plumbing systems, electrical systems, storm water management facilities, and all other systems located at or serving the Real Property.
Building Systems means the utility and service systems (including electrical, gas, plumbing, condenser water, elevator, HVAC, communication, life safety and other mechanical systems) of the Building, but only up to, and not beyond, the point of distribution to any Leasable Areas and/or the point of connection to the separate facilities of a particular tenant or other occupant.
Building Systems means: (a) all heating, ventilating, air conditioning, climate control and humidity control equipment and systems serving the Demised Premises; (b) other systems, services, installations and facilities installed in or servicing the Building including, without limitation, the following systems, services, installations and facilities: mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler, drainage and sewage, elevators, electrical and other utilities, lighting, life safety (including fire prevention, detectors, safety system testing and plans, communications, security and surveillance), computer (including environmental, security and lighting control), ice and snow melting, refuse removal, window washing and music; (c) all machinery, appliances, equipment, apparatus, components, computer software and appurtenances forming part of or used for or in connection with any of such systems, services, installations and facilities including, but not limited to, boilers, motors, generators, fans, pumps, pipes, conduits, ducts, valves, wiring, meters and controls, and the structures and shafts housing and enclosing any of them; and (d) all Landlord owned or controlled telecommunications facilities, pathways, installations and equipment.
