Building Rules and Regulations definition

Building Rules and Regulations means the rules and regulations governing the Complex promulgated by Landlord from time to time. The current Building Rules and Regulations maintained by Landlord are attached as Exhibit C hereto.

Building Rules and Regulations means the rules and regulations which may hereafter be adopted by Landlord for the care, protection, cleanliness, and operation of the Premises, Project, Building and Common Areas, and any reasonable modifications or additions to such rules and regulations adopted by Landlord so long as the same does not negatively impact the Project or Premises or Tenant’s use, occupancy and enjoyment thereof or Tenant’s rights under this Lease. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Landlord and Tenant agree that the terms and conditions of this Lease shall control the rights and responsibilities of the parties and shall supersede any and all provisions of the Building Rules and Regulations which may now or in the future conflict with the terms and conditions of this Lease. Landlord shall not be responsible to Tenant for failure of any other tenant or occupant of the Building to observe or comply with any of the Building Rules and Regulations. The term “Building Rules and Regulations” shall be deemed to include any and all reasonable amendments made by Landlord to the Building Rules and Regulations after the date of this Lease as Landlord may deem desirable, in Landlord’s reasonable discretion, for the proper and efficient operation and maintenance of the Building. Such rules and regulations may include, without limitation restrictions in the hours during which the Project shall be open for use so long as the same does not negatively impact the Project or Premises or Tenant’s use, occupancy and enjoyment thereof or Tenant’s rights under this Lease.

Building Rules and Regulations is defined in Section 6.1(c) herein.

Examples of Building Rules and Regulations in a sentence

• Landlord approval does not constitute an assurance by Landlord that Tenant’s Plans: (1) satisfy applicable code requirements, (2) are sufficient to obtain a building permit for the Tenant Work, or (3) do not conflict with any other requirements of the Lease and/or Building Rules and Regulations for which Tenant is required to comply.

Building Rules and Regulations. Lessor's rules and regulations for the office building are attached as Exhibit C and are subject to reasonable change if the changes are applicable to all tenants of the office building.

BOXES AND ASTERIXES DENOTE SUCH OMISSION “Cables” shall mean and refer to all fiber and/or copper and/or other cabling that is placed into the Pathway by Landlord on Tenant's behalf, or by Tenant and/or by any other Tenant Party.

Building Rules and Regulations means those rules, regulations, and procedures applicable to tenants and contractors performing work of any nature within the building, which are attached to this Contract as Schedule I.

Building Rules and Regulations means Service Provider’s rules and regulations for the Building set forth at www.alignedenergy.com/building-rules, as such rules and regulations may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time by Service Provider.
