Building Representative definition

Building Representative means the officially designated agent of the Union in any work location or functional division or group. The term “Board” and/or “BCPSS” shall include the Baltimore City Board of School Commissioners or its designated representatives.

Building Representative means the employee designated by the Federation as its agent at any particular work location.

Building Representative or “Authorized Representative” shall mean the agent of the Federation in any work location or functional division or group.

• No employee who has been a Building Representative for more than three (3) years of continuous service in a particular school or work site shall be reassigned involuntarily out of that school or work site to another work location.
