Building Plan definition

Building Plan means the plan sanctioned by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation for construction of ground plus eighteen upper floors residential building at the Premises vide Building Permit No.2020070001 dated 09.06.2020 and shall include any revised building plan and all sanctionable modifications thereof and/or alterations thereto as may be necessary and/or required by the Promoter from time to time as per the recommendation of the Architects subject to compliance of the Act;

Building Plan means the provisional plan annexed hereto, marked “B”, being for type "UNIT ", measuring square metres and subject to clause 5.2;

Building Plan means a set of architectural / engineering drawings needed to explain the building construction proposal, to be submitted to the authority for the purpose of seeking approval or intimation.

Examples of Building Plan in a sentence

• Within sixty (60) days of the Effective Date, the Developer shall submit its proposed Building Plan, Construction Schedule, Construction Budget, and Sources and Uses Statement (all of which constitute the “Plan Packet”) to the Review Panel for review and approval.

More Definitions of Building Plan

Building Plan means a plan accompanying a notice for sanction, or provisional sanction for erection, or re- erection, or addition to, or alteration of, a building;

Building Plan means a proposal submitted to Authority for approval, which comprises of architectural drawings, specifications of the design including structural designs, calculations, details of the land on which building is proposed;

Building Plan means (a) the Site Plan, (b) the Design Development Plan, and (c) the following design drawings for the Project: (i) building elevations, and (ii) exterior building materials.

Building Plan shall have the same meaning as ascribed in Recital G of this Agreement and more fully described in Schedule 4 hereunder;

Building Plan means the plan for construction of the New Buildings sanctioned by the Rishra Municiplaity vide Plan No. - dated and include all sanctionable modifications thereof and/or alterations thereto as may be made by the Vendors and the Developer with the approval of the Architects and/or the concerned authorities;

Building Plan means the Building Plan/Permit No. 2021090040 dated-25-10- 2021 sanctioned by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation for the construction of G+11 storied building over the Scheduled Property including the elevation, designs, drawing as prepared by the Architect with variations therein, if any.

Building Plan means the Plan No. 225/CB/08/24 dated 08.05.2015, plan, elevation, design, drawings, specifications of the said building as prepared by the Architect including variations therein, if any, and sanctioned by Rajpur – Sonarpur Municipality including its revision, modification etc.
