building line definition

building line means a rear space, side space or street front space;
building line means a line beyond which the outer face or any part of an external wall of a building may not project in the direction of any street, existing or proposed;

building line means the line up to which the plinth of a building adjoining a street or an extension of a street or on a future street may lawfully extend and includes the lines prescribed in any Master plan in operation for any area under the jurisdiction of the Authority or specification indicated in any Planning or Development Scheme, or in these Regulations;
