Building Holidays definition

Building Holidays means the dates of observation of New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and al1 USA Holiday.

Building Holidays means New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, as each of said holidays are celebrated in the State of New Jersey. In addition to the above denominated days, holidays shall also include days prior or subsequent to the enumerated holidays such as the Friday after Thanksgiving; Friday, when Christmas falls on a Thursday; etc. In addition, if any holiday falls on a weekend and is celebrated by the State of New Jersey or Federal Government on a weekday, such weekday shall also be deemed a holiday hereunder.

Building Holidays means the holidays shown on Exhibit E and all days observed as holidays by the United States, State, or labor unions representing individuals servicing the Building in behalf of Landlord; if there be no such labor unions, such definition shall include holidays designated by Landlord for the benefit of such individuals.

Examples of Building Holidays in a sentence

• Lessor reserves the right to exclude from the Building between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. and at all hours on Saturdays, Sundays and Building Holidays, all persons who do not present a pass to the Building signed by the Lessee.

• Lessor shall also provide janitorial services to the Premises and Common Areas 5 times per week, excluding Building Holidays, or pursuant to the attached janitorial schedule, if any.

• Landlord reserves the right to exclude from the Building during Building Hours and at all hours on Saturdays, Sundays and Building Holidays, all persons who do not present a pass to the Building signed by the Tenant.

• Janitorial Services will not be provided on Saturdays, Sundays or Building Holidays.

• Tenant shall grant Landlord’s cleaning personnel and contractors access to the Premises from and after 5:30 PM on weekdays and at any time on Saturdays, Sundays and Building Holidays for the purpose of performing the Janitorial Services.

Building Holidays means New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and such other days which are observed from time-to-time by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the City of Boston, the labor unions servicing the Building, and Landlord with respect to the Building.

Building Holidays means (a) New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and the Monday following such holiday if the holiday falls on a Sunday, or the Friday preceding such holiday if the holiday falls on a Saturday and (b) other days designated by Landlord, so long as such other days are commonly recognized as holidays by other office buildings in the submarket in which the Project is located.

Building Holidays means nationally and locally recognized holidays as designated by Landlord.
