Building Contract Documents definition

Building Contract Documents means the Building Contract, any Builder’s Performance L/C, any Refund Guarantee and any other guarantee or security given to the Borrower by any persons for the Builder’s obligations under the Building Contract and includes any change orders or other deed, document, agreement or instrument amending, varying or supplementing any of the foregoing documents or any of the terms and conditions thereof. Building Contract Novation Agreement means the novation agreement dated 22 July 2013 (as further described in Part 2 of Schedule 2 (Vessel information)) made between the Borrower, the Sponsor and the Builder, pursuant to which the rights and obligations of the Sponsor under the Original Building Contract were novated in favour of the Borrower.
Building Contract Documents means the Building Contract and any other guarantee or security given to any person for the Builder’s obligations under the Building Contract.
Building Contract Documents means, in relation to a Ship, the Building Contract for that Ship and any guarantee or security given to the relevant Owner for the relevant Builder’s obligations under the relevant Building Contract.

More Definitions of Building Contract Documents

Building Contract Documents means, in relation to a Ship, the Building Contract for that Ship and any other guarantee or security given to any person for the Builder’s obligations under the relevant Building Contract.

Related to Building Contract Documents

  • Building Contract means a contract entered under Transportation Code, Chapter 223, Subchapter A for the construction or maintenance of a Department building or appurtenant facilities and considered to be a Highway Improvement Contract as defined in Texas Administrative Code, § 9.11.

  • Project Documents means all documents relating to the Construction Loan, Mortgage Loan and Construction Contract. It shall also include all documents required by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the Apartment Housing in connection with the development, construction and financing of the Apartment Housing, including but not limited to, the approved Plans and Specifications for the development and construction of the Apartment Housing.
