Building Block IP definition

Building Block IP means the Intellectual Property Rights and Know-How Covering only each Building Block individually, but excludes the Product Specific IP, the Pieris Platform IP and the Pieris Platform Improvement IP.
Building Block IP means the PIRS Building Block IP and/or the SGEN Building Block IP, as applicable.   • CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED an extension with respect to any Patent within the PIRS Building Block IP, PIRS Platform IP or PIRS Platform Improvement IP.

  • For clarity, the license grant to PIRS under this Section 2.3.2 with respect to any SGEN Building Block IP within the SGEN IP is co-exclusive (with SGEN) solely with respect to the applicable CoDev Product, and no other right or license is granted to PIRS under such SGEN Building Block IP (e.g., to develop and commercialize the applicable SGEN Building Block as a standalone product or as a component of an unrelated product).

Related to Building Block IP

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;

  • Site Improvements means any construction work on, or improvement to, streets, roads, parking facilities, sidewalks, drainage structures and utilities.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Building Permit means a permit for the construction of one or more Units, issued by the City, or other public agency in the event the City no longer issues said permits for the construction of Units within CFD No. 11. For purposes of this definition, "Building Permits" shall not include permits for construction or installation of commercial/industrial structures, parking structures, retaining walls, and utility improvements not intended for human habitation.

  • Building Drain means that part of the lowest horizontal piping of a drainage system which receives the discharge from soil, waste, and other drainage pipes inside the walls of the building and conveys it to the building sewer, beginning five (5) feet (1.5 meters) outside the inner face of the building wall.

Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Clean coal technology demonstration project means a project using funds appropriated under the heading “Department of Energy—Clean Coal Technology,” up to a total amount of $2,500,000,000 for commercial demonstration of clean coal technology, or similar projects funded through appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency. The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.

  • Building Equipment shall have the meaning set forth in the Security Instrument.
