Budget Revisions. The breakdown of costs of the Grantee’s Budget is contained in Exhibit A, which is attached and incorporated into this grant agreement. As stated in the Grantee’s Application and Grant Program Guidelines, the Grantee will submit a written change request for any substitution of budget items or any deviation and in accordance with the Grant Program Guidelines. Requests must be approved prior to any expenditure by the Grantee.

Budget Revisions. The Grantee shall follow prior approval requirements for budget revisions found in 44 CFR 13.30. Transfer of funds between total direct cost categories in the approved budget shall receive the prior approval of FEMA when such cumulative transfers among those direct cost categories exceed ten percent of the total budget.   • Budget-related Policy means a policy of a municipality affecting or affected by the annual budget of the municipality, including-
