Budget Item definition

Budget Item means a category of Eligible Expenses identified in the Budget or Adjusted Budget, but does not include subtotals or totals of such categories;
Budget Item means the individual line items that together make up the Budget. Budget items are differentiated by type of expenditure (e.g., catering, printing, travel etc).
Budget Item shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.6.1. Portions of this Exhibit, indicated by the xxxx “[***],” were omitted and have been filed separately with the Secretary of the Commission pursuant to the Registrant’s application requesting confidential treatment pursuant to Rule 24b-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

More Definitions of Budget Item

Budget Item means each budget item listed in the Action Budget.

  • Corrective Maintenance means the maintenance which is required when an item has failed or worn out, to bring it back to working order, which may also include those services necessary to partially restore, renew or strengthen an existing Department facility or system, following damage caused by use or normal wear and tear.
