Broadcasting Assets collectively, any Stations and any Non-Station Assets of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries.

Broadcasting Assets means all real, personal and mixed assets, rights, benefits and privileges both tangible and intangible, of every kind, nature and description Used by Sellers in connection with, or pertaining to, or useful in connection with the operation of the Business (other than the Excluded Assets, which are expressly excluded from the definition of Broadcasting Assets and shall be retained by Sellers).
