Broadcast Advertising Inventory definition

Broadcast Advertising Inventory means any audio-visual, audio-only, video-only, graphical, text or any other form of advertising units or sponsorship rights, regardless of the medium (now known or hereafter developed) in which such advertising units or sponsorship rights are available or promoted, whether displayed or distributed via billboards, studio signage, tickers, “double-box commercials,” banners, links, bugs, fly-outs, overlays, companion banners, or in-stream, pre-roll or post-roll and, for clarity, including promotional spots, product/service placement, designations, integrations and the like, in each case, associated with any Broadcast Rights (as defined in the Arena License) of the Rangers. Notwithstanding anything set forth herein, the parties acknowledge that various rights with respect to the Broadcast Advertising Inventory have been granted to MSG Networks Holdings, L.P. (“MSGN”) via a certain Broadcast Rights Agreement between Rangers, LLC and MSGN, and that MSGN has, in turn, via a certain advertising sales representation agreement (the “Network Rep Agreement”), granted to Representative the exclusive right to sell such Broadcast Advertising Inventory; nothing contained herein is intended to affect such grants of rights.

  • Product Inventory means all inventory owned as of the Closing by Seller or any Affiliate thereof of finished Product that is in conformance with the Specifications and has an expiration date of October 1, 2016 or later, regardless of whether such inventory is held at a location or facility of Seller or any Affiliate (or of any other Person on behalf of Seller or any Affiliate, including in any of Seller’s warehouses, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors or consignees) or in transit to or from Seller or any Affiliate (or any such other Person).

  • Business Products means all products and service offerings of the Business that are or have been, in the two year period prior to the date hereof, made or are currently intended to be made commercially available or otherwise provided or distributed, or under development primarily for the Business, by, for or on behalf of Seller or any of its Affiliates.

  • Off-label use means the prescription and use of drugs for indications other than those stated in the labeling approved by the federal Food and Drug Administration.[PL 1997, c. 701, §1 (NEW).]

  • Product Backlog means a list of those Stories that do not form part of the current Sprint Plan at that time and which are to form the subject of a future Sprint, either in the current Release at that time or a subsequent Release;

  • Licensed Site means a place in any authorised street at which street trading may be engaged in by a Licence Holder, and includes any temporary alternative place approved by the Council or a duly authorised Officer of the Council.

  • Internet Assets means any Internet domain names and other computer user identifiers and any rights in and to sites on the worldwide web, including rights in and to any text, graphics, audio and video files and html or other code incorporated in such sites.

  • Stored-value card means a record evidencing a promise made for

  • Product Line means a group of related products manufactured by a single company, or offered by a company in their usual course of business.

  • Inventory is all “inventory” as defined in the Code in effect on the date hereof with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all merchandise, raw materials, parts, supplies, packing and shipping materials, work in process and finished products, including without limitation such inventory as is temporarily out of Borrower’s custody or possession or in transit and including any returned goods and any documents of title representing any of the above.

  • Transferred Inventory has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(e).

  • Artwork has the meaning set forth in Section 1.6(a).

  • Advertising Materials means all advertising, merchandising, promotional and display materials of or concerning the Licensed Products.

  • Catalog means the available list of tangible personal property or services, in the most current listing, regardless of date, during the life of the contract, that takes the form of a catalog, price list, schedule, shelf price or other form that:

  • Client Assets means assets which a bank has undertaken to hold for a client (whether or not on trust, and whether or not the undertaking has been complied with);

  • Outdoor advertising means the act or process of notifying, warning, informing, making known or any other act of transferring information in a visible manner and which takes place out of doors;

  • Distribution center means a building or structure used primarily for the storage of goods which are intended for subsequent shipment to retail outlets. Distribution center does not mean a building or structure used primarily to store raw agricultural products, used primarily by a manufacturer to store goods to be used in the manufacturing process, used primarily for the storage of petroleum products, or used for the retail sale of goods.

  • Obsolete Inventory means items that have expired, are redundant or

  • Consigned Inventory means Inventory of any Borrower that is in the possession of another Person on a consignment, sale or return, or other basis that does not constitute a final sale and acceptance of such Inventory.
