British Columbia Portfolios definition

British Columbia Portfolios means the Partnership’s portfolios of investments derived from the gross proceeds of the sale of BC-A Units and BC-F Units.

  • Province means the procuring Department, incorporating the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Legislature.

  • Canada means the ten provinces of Canada, the Yukon Territory, the Districts and Islands comprising the Northwest Territories of Canada and Nunavut.

  • Ontario Health means the corporation without share capital under the name Ontario Health as continued under the CCA;

  • Geneva Convention means the Convention of 28 July 1951 relating to the status of refugees, as amended by the New York Protocol of 31 January 1967;

  • British Council Entities means the subsidiary companies and other organisations Controlled by the British Council from time to time, and any organisation which Controls the British Council (the “Controlling Entity”) as well as any other organisations Controlled by the Controlling Entity from time to time;

  • British Council Requirements means the instructions, requirements, policies, codes of conduct, guidelines, forms and other documents notified to the Supplier in writing or set out on the British Council’s website at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/new/about-us/jobs/folder_jobs/register-as-a-consultant/policies-for-consultants-and-associates/ or such other web address as may be notified to the Supplier from time to time (as such documents may be amended, updated or supplemented from time to time during the Term);

  • Agricultural lands means land currently used for the purpose of producing an agricultural commodity for commercial purposes, land left fallow under a crop rotational program, or land enrolled in an agricultural subsidy or set-aside program.

  • Commercial sex act means any sex act on account of which anything of value is given to or received by any person.

  • agricultural produce means any produce of the soil, of stock farming or of fisheries;

  • South Africa means the Republic of South Africa;

  • Montreal Convention means the Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules Relating to International Carriage by Air, signed at Montreal, May 28, 1999.

  • Agricultural product means the products listed in Annex I to the Treaty, except fishery and aquaculture products listed in Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 1379/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2013;

  • Michigan economic development corporation means the public body corporate created under section 28 of article VII of the state constitution of 1963 and the urban cooperation act of 1967, 1967 (Ex Sess) PA 7, MCL 124.501 to 124.512, by a contractual interlocal agreement effective April 5, 1999, as amended, between local participating economic development corporations formed under the economic development corporations act, 1974 PA 338, MCL 125.1601 to 125.1636, and the Michigan strategic fund. If the Michigan economic development corporation is unable for any reason to perform its duties under this act, those duties may be exercised by the Michigan strategic fund.

  • State of Texas Textravel means the State Travel Management Program through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts website and Texas Administrative Code, Title 34, Part 1, Chapter 5, Subchapter C, Section 5.22, relative to travel reimbursements under this Contract, if any.

  • African American means a person having origins in any of the original peoples of Africa and who is regarded as such by the community of which this person claims to be a part.
