Bridge Deck definition

Bridge Deck means the structural components related to corrosion protection and Wearing Surface elements of a Bridge including, but not limited to steel plates, steel grid, wood, membranes and asphalt and polymer Wearing Surfaces.
Bridge Deck means the structural element under the deck wearing surface system that transfers loads from the deck surface to the Bridge’s Superstructure or Substructure components.
Bridge Deck means, for the purposes of Schedule 4 [Design and Construction], the structural element under the deck wearing surface system that transfers loads from the deck surface to the Bridge’s Superstructure or Substructure components.

  • Bridge means a structure including supports erected over a depression or an obstruction, such as water, a highway, or a railway, for the purposes of carrying traffic or other moving loads, and having an opening measuring along the center of the roadway of more than 20 feet between undercopings of abutments or spring lines of arches, or extreme ends of openings for multiple boxes where the clear distance between openings is less than 1/2 of the smaller contiguous opening.

  • Bridge Facility means the Commitments and any Advances made thereunder.

  • Bridge Financing has meaning set forth in Section 7.6.

  • Bridge Loans means the Loans (as defined in the Bridge Credit Agreement).

  • Exit Facility means a credit facility that will be entered into by the City, the Exit Facility Agent and the other financial institutions party thereto on the Effective Date on substantially the terms set forth on Exhibit I.A.119.

  • New Financing has the meaning specified in Section 2.04(a).

  • Exit Financing means the financing under the Exit Facility.

  • Working Capital Facility means, at any time, the aggregate amount of the Working Capital Lenders' Working Capital Commitments at such time.

  • Existing Credit Facility means the credit facility evidenced by that certain Credit Agreement, dated as of October 26, 2006, by and among the Borrower, the lenders party thereto, and JPMCB, as administrative agent, as amended.

  • Existing Credit Facilities means, collectively, the Existing U.S. Credit Facilities and the Existing Foreign Credit Facility.

  • Incremental Facility Agreement means an Incremental Facility Agreement, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agent and the Borrower, among the Borrower, the Agent and one or more Incremental Lenders, establishing Incremental Commitments and effecting such other amendments hereto and to the other Loan Documents as are contemplated by Section 2.18.

  • New Credit Facility is defined in Section 9.8.

  • Term Loan Facility means the Term Loan Commitments and the provisions herein related to the Term Loans.

  • Debt Facility means any Senior Facility and any Second Priority Debt Facility.

  • Incremental Facility Closing Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(d).

  • Exit Facilities means, collectively, the Exit ABL Facility and the Exit Term Loan Facility.

  • Additional Financing means the sale by the Company of additional Units as contemplated by the registration statement on Form SB-2 filed by the Company with the SEC on September 13, 2006, as amended from time to time thereafter.
