Bridge Agent definition

Bridge Agent means Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Senior Funding, Inc. and any successor agent under the Bridge Loan Agreement or any other Bridge Loan Document.

Bridge Agent means The Toronto-Dominion Bank of Triton Court, 00/00 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx XX0X 0XX or such successor bank or financial institution as is appointed agent for the banks pursuant to the terms of the Bridge Facility;
