Each Party agrees to comply with (i) all applicable anti-bribery laws, which may include, without limitation, the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the Bribery Act 2010 and (ii) the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Anti-Corruption Law means any law relating to the prevention of bribery, fraud, kickbacks or other corrupt acts, including the UK Bribery Act 2010.
Associated Person means any person associated with the Supplier who is performing services or providing goods for or on behalf of the Supplier in connection with this Agreement or who is otherwise an "associated person" under section 8 of the UK Bribery Act 2010.
WTW and the Intermediary Client shall, insofar as required to do so comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and accounting standards and maintain on an ongoing basis its own anti-corruption/bribery policies and procedures, including but not limited to adequate procedures under the U.K. Bribery Act 2010, to prevent corruption/bribery offences and will enforce them where applicable.
The INSTITUTION and the INVESTIGATOR acknowledge that the SPONSOR and/or CRO and its Affiliates need to adhere to the provisions of (i) the Bribery Act 2010 of the United Kingdom (“Bribery Act”); (ii) the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act 1977 of the United States of America (“FCPA”) and (iii) any other applicable anti-corruption legislation.
