Break Notice definition

Break Notice written notice to terminate this Lease.
Break Notice means the notice to break the Term set out in clause 1.2 ;
Break Notice. Written notice to terminate this Tenancy specifying the Break Date [which may be served at any time on or after the fourth month of the Tenancy].
