Brand Values definition

Brand Values means the following values as represented and embodied by the Virgin brand and which reflect Virgin’s position as ‘the consumer’s champion’: (a) fun; (b) value for money; (c) quality; (d) innovative; (e) competitive challenge (to existing markets and monopolies); (f) excellent customer service; and (g) straightforward, accessible, easy to use products and services; Branded Content Services means all
Brand Values means the brand values agreed by the parties prior to Completion, as amended by agreement between the parties from time to time; Business Day means a day (other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday) when banks in London are open for general business; Cessation Period means the period of 24 months from the date of termination of this Agreement; Challenger Banks means Aldermore Bank, Atom Bank, Metro Bank, OneSavings Bank, Handelsbanken, Shawbrook Bank, Tesco Bank, TSB Bank, and Xxxxxxxx & Glyn's Bank, and any other UK challenger bank including in each case their successors from time to time;
Brand Values means the following values as generally implemented or followed by the Virgin Group: (i) insatiable curiosity; (ii) heartfelt service; (iii) delightfully surprising; (iv) red hot relevance; (v) smart disruption; and (vi) straight up; as detailed in The Virgin Way, and as the same may be amended or updated by VEL from time to time;
